Buyers have 30 days to return the product to us if they change their minds, or there is a problem with the item. In case the Buyer change his/her mind, the Buyer has to pay the postage to return the product to us, and there is a re-stocking of 15% of the value of the item. If there is a problem with the item, TecnoTools will issue a prepaid postage label, or TecnoTools will refund the postage cost, so the Buyer does have to pay for the return postage.
- Our delivery address is in Brisbane metropolitan area;
- The money will be refunded to the buyer 24 hours after we receive the item back;
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging;
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use;
- Buyers DO NOT need to pay return nor restocking fees;
To initiate a return or exchange, please message us using the "contact us" form on the website. You must inform the order number and the product description. Inform the reason you want to return the product and, in case of item not described, or faulty/damaged item, you need to add photos or videos showing the problem.
